Flamingo Readiness. A simpler way to understand trends in your health data and improve your recovery process.

Flamingo is a health and wellness app that integrates with HealthKit data to track metrics specific to your unique heart rate and sleep schedule. Using data automatically captured from the Health app by your Apple Watch device, Flamingo generates a personal readiness score every day that can help you stay informed about your mental and physical state of readiness.

Readiness is calculated daily by measuring 3 health metrics: Heart Rate, Heart Rate Variability, and Sleep. Your data is never compared to an absolute scale - after all, everyone is different. Instead, each metric is compared against your average value to determine positive or negative trends that may indicate a need for rest and recovery. The greater these trends are, the more they impact your readiness score. Just wear your Apple Watch to sleep, then check Flamingo first thing when you wake up for best results.

Charts are designed to be simple to understand and reconfigurable so that you dont have to sift through complicated details and rows of data. Visualize trends for individual metrics, or access historical data to understand how your readiness has changed over time and how it has been impacted by each metric.

Flamingo is free to download for a limited time to gather feedback and improve the experience as much as possible. Please share any feedback you have with [email protected]
